Sharing Resources

Depending on your team profile and subscription plan, you may be able to use the share resource feature.

The following resources can be shared across organization members, as well as to external organization members.

• Workspaces
• Applications
• Services
• Blockchain networks

Team Structure

it is important to structure your team. You may choose to create a flat team (eg. a training class) or a more structured team in groups according to your team planning. (eg. External Users, Front End developers...)

Sharing Workspaces

Project managers, team leaders, class instructors can share existing workspaces across teams.

Click on the share icon to share the workspace.

Select the user or group you want to share the workspace with.

The user whom you shared the workspace with will see the workspace with the tag SHARED as shown in the next image for the right-side workspace

Sharing Applications

The process of sharing the application is identical to the sharing of the workspace explained above.

Sharing Blockchain Networks

Project managers, team leaders, class instructors can share existing blockchain networks across teams.

Click on the share icon to share the blockchain.

When sharing blockchain networks, you can choose the users whom you want to share with and the access limitation to what the users can perform on the blockchain networks.

The user whom you shared the blockchain network will see the blockchain with the tag SHARED as shown in the next image for the right-side workspace.

Sharing Services

The process of sharing of the services is identical to the sharing of the workspace explained above.
